Jessica - Cybersecurity Manager & Compliance Specialist#

Jessica brings over 16 years of federal cybersecurity and defense contractor experience to SadSumo Consulting, combining deep technical expertise with proven leadership in high-stakes government environments. Jessica oversees enterprise-wide security operations for thousands of users across multiple installations.

With a CISSP certification and extensive experience as a Security Control Assessor-Validator (SCA-V), she specializes in Risk Management Framework implementation, achieving Authority to Operate for mission-critical systems, and conducting independent security assessments for Department of Defense networks. Her career spans roles with Raytheon Missiles and Defense, where she managed RMF compliance for classified weapon systems across eight sites, and nearly a decade at Fort Huachuca leading security operations for Army test networks and intelligence systems.

Jessica's comprehensive knowledge of NIST 800-53 controls, eMASS, ACAS/Nessus, and STIG compliance—combined with her Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (3.8 GPA)—makes her an invaluable asset for SadSumo's clients navigating complex compliance requirements in defense, intelligence, and regulated industries. When she's not securing critical infrastructure or achieving ATOs, Jessica enjoys the New Hampshire outdoors and stays current on the latest cybersecurity trends and DoD policy developments.

Randall - Cybersecurity Specialist#

Randall brings over nine years of Department of Defense cybersecurity experience to SadSumo Consulting, combining advanced academic credentials with real-world operational expertise gained across multiple continents. With a newly completed Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Florida Institute of Technology and active Security+, CySA+, and ISC2 certifications, Randall specializes in risk management frameworks, compliance operations, and cloud security architecture.

His career has taken him from the 82nd Airborne Division at Fort Bragg to sensitive operations in Qatar, and currently to his role with Peraton supporting IMCOM Bavaria in Germany. There, he manages security operations for thousands of users while implementing zero-trust architecture and maintaining Authority to Operate for critical systems. Randall's unique background includes DOD cybersecurity clearances and hands-on experience with NIST 800-53 controls, making him an invaluable resource for SadSumo's clients in regulated industries like healthcare and finance.

When he's not securing enterprise networks or achieving system accreditations, Randall is kept busy by his two young boys, who ensure his problem-solving skills get plenty of practice at home as well.
